Sustainable use of resources

For many years, we have established a complex company-wide environmental management system in accordance with the DIN EN ISO 14001 standard. As a result, the same demanding environmental standards apply at all our locations around the world. Our corporate policy forms the basis of our environmentally friendly behavior: professional expertise, coupled with high-precision technical production, contribute to the sustainable use of resources. 

We have already achieved a lot:

Energy

Building insulation, glazing and heating at the headquarters in Germany have been upgraded to the latest energy efficiency standards. Energy consumption has also been significantly reduced through the use of energy-saving light bulbs and control via motion detectors.

Transportation

In order to keep transport routes as short as possible, we give preference to local suppliers and transport service providers and bundle our internal transportation of goods.

Waste

Our products are optimally modified so that waste is avoided as far as possible. Minimal waste is recycled.

Digital Media

The increasing use of digital media for communication and archiving means that paper consumption is falling steadily. Where it is still needed, we use 100% recycled paper.

Production

No additional energy consumption, waste and/or wastewater generation is associated with our end product. No further cleaning steps are required to comply with the OekoTex standard.
